Seems like I am always day dreaming about sweets..it is the little things in life that can make us soooo HAPPY! :)
The Vanilla Bake Shop in Santa Monica is the icing on the CAKE! They put the word happy in every bite of their tasty treats. I first started frequenting the shop for cupcake babies(baby cakes), which then turned into buying entire cakes! Everything I have ever devoured was delightful.
To give you a little taste..one must try the southern red velvet with cream cheese frosting. Light & moist and baked to perfection. It is divine! Had to order my very own cake! They made it exactly to my liking. Pretty & Pink icing with sparkly rhinestones and a dainty ruffle. Elegance at its best.
Top 3 picks: southern red velvet, spicy carrot and the meyer lemon raspberry(served tues & sat). Of course these are all baby cakes! :)
